boss 沒有伺服器。本組織不蒐集、不儲存、也不傳輸您的任何資料。

［關於本服務］

boss（以下簡稱「本服務」）是一款免費的行動應用程式，讓店家老闆用手機快速更新自己的 Google 商家檔案， 主要用於臨時休店。本服務由 Every666（以下簡稱「本組織」）開發與維護。

［本組織蒐集哪些資料］

本組織不蒐集任何資料。

本服務是純客戶端應用程式，本組織沒有架設任何伺服器。您在 App 中的所有操作， 都是您的裝置直接與 Google 的伺服器溝通，中間不經過本組織。 本組織無從得知您是誰、您管理哪些店家，或您做了什麼變更。

［本服務要求的權限範圍］

本服務僅要求單一權限範圍：

https://www.googleapis.com/auth/business.manage

這個權限用於讀取與更新您自己名下的 Google 商家檔案，包括營業時間、特別營業時間、 暫停營業狀態，以及電話、地址與網站連結。本組織遵循最小必要範圍原則，不要求任何其他權限。

［存取權杖存放在哪裡］

您透過 Google 登入後產生的存取權杖（access token）與更新權杖（refresh token）， 儲存在您自己裝置的作業系統安全儲存區（Android Keystore / iOS Keychain）。 這些權杖從不離開您的裝置，也從不傳送給本組織或任何第三方。

［資料如何被使用］

透過此權限取得的資料，僅用於在您的裝置上顯示您的商家資訊，以及送出您主動要求的變更。 這些資料不會被本組織保存、分析、彙整、建立索引、用於廣告、出售，或轉移給任何第三方。 本組織也不會用它來訓練任何 AI 或機器學習模型。

［Google API 服務使用者資料政策］

本服務對 Google API 所取得資訊的使用與轉移，均遵守 Google API Services User Data Policy， 包含其中的「有限使用」（Limited Use）要求。

［如何撤銷授權與刪除資料］

您可以隨時中止本服務對您商家檔案的存取：

1. 在 App 內登出。這會立即刪除裝置上儲存的權杖。
2. 或前往 Google 帳戶的第三方應用程式權限頁面， 移除 boss 的授權。

由於本組織本來就沒有保存您的任何資料，因此不存在需要另外向本組織申請刪除的資料。

［第三方服務］

本服務除了 Google 的登入與 Business Profile 服務之外，不整合任何第三方服務。 App 內沒有廣告、沒有分析工具、沒有崩潰回報服務、沒有追蹤 SDK。

［兒童］

本服務是給店家經營者使用的商業工具，並非針對兒童設計， 本組織也不會在知情的情況下蒐集兒童的資料。

［政策變更］

本政策如有更新，本組織會修改本頁面並更新頁首的日期。 若涉及資料處理方式的重大變更，本組織會在 App 內告知。

［著作權］

本服務所有的內容，本組織均享有著作權，非經本組織書面同意，任何人均不得擅予拷貝、重製、編緝或為其他侵害本組織著作權之行為。 本服務之使用者應尊重本組織的各項智慧財產權利，不得有任何違法侵害之行為。

［準據法及管轄法院］

本隱私權政策之解釋及適用、以及使用者因使用本服務而與本組織間所生之權利義務關係，應依中華民國法令解釋適用之。 其因此所生之爭議，以台灣台北地方法院為第一審管轄法院。本政策未規範事項， 以中華民國法律、相關法令、規章或慣例為依據處理。

English Summary

boss is a free mobile app that lets business owners update their own Google Business Profile from their phone. The app is client-only and we operate no backend server. We do not collect, store, or transmit any user data.

boss requests a single OAuth scope, https://www.googleapis.com/auth/business.manage, used solely to read and update the owner's own Business Profile — hours, special hours, temporarily-closed status, phone number, address and website URL. OAuth tokens are stored in the operating system's secure storage on the user's own device (Android Keystore / iOS Keychain) and never leave it.

Data obtained through this scope is used only to display the owner's own business information on their device and to submit changes they explicitly request. It is never retained by us, analysed, aggregated, indexed, sold, transferred to third parties, used for advertising, or used to train AI or machine learning models. boss integrates no analytics, advertising, crash-reporting or tracking services of any kind.

boss's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Users may revoke access at any time by signing out in the app, which deletes the stored tokens, or via their Google Account permissions page. Questions: service@every666.com.
